**What will you do?**

As ASEAN Senior Manager, you will develop and lead the go to market strategy and execution for our Sustainability and ESG services and offerings. You will understand business challenges faced by client executives in leading organizations in order to design solutions that effectively support clients’ sustainability transformation journey - from developing Sustainability and ESG strategies, to decarbonisation roadmaps through to supporting the implementation of solutions and capability development.

You will have a strategic and client facing engagement and delivery role across the consulting value chain from leading and or supporting business development efforts, project execution and account development.

You will be regional thought leader in Sustainability, responsible to help shape and drive our strategy in collaboration with our regional ASEAN Industry Teams cluster leads. In addition, you will collaborate with the existing Global Sustainability and ESG advisory teams. You will contribute to build a local sustainability team in line with the revenue growth and drive client impact across our priority industries in the ASEAN and wider ASEAN region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to APAC leadership and accountable to develop and lead the ASEAN sustainability consulting business
- Develop go-to-market strategy to support national/regional business growth in collaboration with the Global industry teams
- Focus on supporting the core regional ASEAN Industry Teams: Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Mining & Metals, Power & Utilities and Private Equity.
- Collaborate closely with the global sustainability practice contributing to thought leadership, offerings and methodologies bringing global best practices into the ASEAN market and clients
- Working with the ASEAN Industry Teams, leading sustainability business development activities providing expert support in the development of client proposals
- Provide expert advisory support of sustainability in consulting business assessment and implementation engagements
- Be a trusted advisor with senior client executives and maintain relationships in alignment with the account team to deepen and expand relationships
- Participate and contribute to internal and external functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing new business working with the global Marketing and the Industry Teams
- You will have a client delivery chargeability target and a business development target

**Working Experience**
- Technical knowledge and experience in supporting clients on sustainability transformational journeys including setting strategies, developing operational roadmaps, integrating into business units and functions and supporting implementing.
