We now have an opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our team to help shape and lead the Talent and Development strategy for Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Development, the role of the Talent Development Senior Manager is to define, lead and execute against the Talent and Development strategy for APAC, as well as deliver against global TD Priorities and initiatives. This Talent Development lead will partner with senior leadership, key stakeholders (HRBPS) and internal networks and forums, to drive the best learning solutions and support the achievement of our business goals and growth strategy.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the Talent and Development strategy for APAC employees - including specific account & country agenda
- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders including SMEs, HRBPS, TA and T&D team and external providers as well as internal and external networks and business forums.
- Project Management and accountability for defined TD Strategic Global Programmes & or activity
- Interpreting individual, group and functional knowledge, skills, behaviours and training needs
- Lead the design, sourcing and delivery of learning content to ensure high quality, fit for purpose and sustainable content (face to face, live virtual and e-learning) training at leadership and colleague levels. Leveraging L&D technology where needed.
- Team Management and development
- Communicating, promoting, and championing a learning culture
- Experience in the banking sector/professional services environment/RPO
- Excellent partnering, stakeholder management & communication skills (be heard, influence, credible, assertive), as well as the ability to influence and challenge decisions and outcomes
- Experience of working with a variety of different countries within Asia including India, China, Japan
- Ability to Train the trainer (remotely as well as face to face)
- Global Programme/Project Management including communication planning and execution and delivery through others
- Demonstrable business understanding of implementing programmes and L&D experience, as well as ability to design, deliver and evaluate training course content.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of conflicting priorities at a strategic and operational level.
- Team management - performance management, coaching and development
- Willingness to travel in region (limited requirement and with notice)
