**This role**:
**Your key focus areas will be**:
- Scaling high-performing teams for our Customer Experience (CX) function across the APAC region
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that attract best-in-class talent
- Championing process improvements and employer brand initiatives
**This will include**:
- Finding and engaging high-calibre active and passive talent using creative sourcing techniques
- Running end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions
- Conducting structured interviews to assess technical and cultural alignment
- Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Tracking pipeline health and hiring metrics, and adjusting strategy accordingly
- Supporting ongoing initiatives to improve the efficiency and inclusivity of our hiring process
**Who you are**:

- 4+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Prior experience in SaaS, scale-ups or high-growth tech environments
- Strong sourcing capability and tools proficiency (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean, Github, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
