Job Description Summary: PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Learning and Effectiveness to drive sales performance and revenue growth across APAC (Asia Pacific), MEA (Middle East and Africa) and China. In this leadership role, you will design, facilitate, and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies that fuel the success of SMB, Enterprise, and Partner sales teams in dynamic growth markets. This role will lead complex projects and participate in problem resolution, requiring an understanding of current business trends. You will determine methods and procedures for new assignments, often resulting in global process improvements.

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement impactful sales enablement strategies aligned with company and regional goals.
- Sales Training Programs: Design, deliver, and maintain modern sales training programs to elevate sales skills and product knowledge of sales teams
- Performance Analysis: Assess sales data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and guide process improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and other departments to ensure cohesive deliverables such as sales plays
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales enablement professionals.
