Aces Care Limited is looking for a **Centre Manager **to join our dynamic team.
To advance our Vision of 'Ageing with Respect and Dignity’, Aces Care manage call centre and wellness centre services for seniors. We have a dual mission of empowering seniors to continue to be active and contribute to helping other seniors.

**A. **Key Responsibilities**
1. ACES Helplife Operations
- Organize programmes to recruit and train volunteers for ACES Helplife.
- Roster and ensure volunteers are updated on Seniors’ initiatives & services.
- Ensure optimal performance of volunteers by motivating and taking care of their well-being; and
- Provide analysis reports and updates on volunteers’ profile and performance.
2. ACES CARE Programmes
- Pioneer efforts to address Seniors’ physical, social, and emotional needs.
- Plan and direct implementation of programmes to help Senior’s age with confidence; and
- Identify in-need services, design outreach initiatives, gather data on community impact, analyse programme effectiveness & implement improvements.
3. Centre Administration
Work with the Project Director and Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations of the ACES CARE Centre, including management of systems and processes for volunteers, donors, clients.
**B. Requirements**
- Experience managing volunteers or leading a team
- Experience in marketing or communications role will be an advantage
- Fluency in English and local dialects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
