**About Global Branding & PR Leader at Nogle**
We are looking for a Global Branding & PR Leader to join Nogle. As the Global Branding & PR Leader at Nogle, you will be responsible for developing market-leading insight-led strategies, communications and experiences.
You will support the strategic vision and bridge communications programs and operations by leveraging your mix of skills and experience that include a deep understanding of and demonstrated success with creating core B2B and B2C narratives, media relations and crisis communications, a working knowledge of owned and operated digital and social media platforms and content strategies, and managerial leadership.
**What will you need to do**:
- Drive innovation by conceptualising, developing, strategising, designing and contributing written concepts, illustrations, mock-ups and video edits - collaborating with brand strategy and the sales teams.
- Act as an ambassador of the firm, and of the public relations team, both internally and externally by supporting the partnership on media relations best practice.
- Lead and build outreach strategies, including developing tailored outreach pitches, writing press releases, and seeking out promotion opportunities.
- Oversee Nogle’s social media presence and website content to keep them up to date with best practices.
- Measure and evaluate performance on digital channels, setting metrics and evaluating progress in delivering against them.
- Prep company leadership for interviews and media enquiries (such as reporter/outlet bio, anticipated questions and key messages, etc).
- Build and nurture relationships with key editors and journalists.
- Manage the PR & Comm team and work closely with peers across offices to execute impactful communication programmes.
**What do you need to have**:
- At least 6 years of brand management/PR & Communications experience, preferably in the fintech space.
- A commercial analytical thinker with an ability to understand value drivers, with experience building integrated marketing communications programmes.
- Excellent English writing and content creation skills across multiple communications channels.
- Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-country campaigns by working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and advance responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent and adaptive leadership with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people across different geographies and economic situations.
