
Customer Onboarding Specialist

The **Customer Onboarding Specialist** ensures that every new client begins their journey with a seamless, personalised experience. You’ll help clients feel confident using our products or services while driving long-term retention and satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
- Guide new clients through the full onboarding process, including setup, walkthroughs and documentation
- Tailor onboarding sessions to different client needs and use cases
- Conduct virtual or in-person onboarding meetings, training or Q&A sessions
- Provide timely support, answer product-related questions and resolve basic technical issues
- Collaborate with sales, product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover and positive early experience
- Monitor onboarding KPIs such as activation rate, adoption and time to first value
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in onboarding, account management or customer support
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and able to explain complex features in simple terms
- Customer-first mindset and strong organisational habits
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, CRM platforms and support ticketing systems
