**Overall Job Responsibility**:
The Enabling Services Hub Development team under CEO’s office will roll out Enabling Service Hubs (ESHes) in Singapore. The ESHes will take a regional approach towards strengthening support for persons with disabilities and their caregivers within the community, and making the local communities more inclusive. Services provided include continual learning, respite care, social activities and befriending.

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable team player to join us in this exciting journey of setting up ESH pilots and working with our partners to better support persons with disabilities and families.

Overall Job role:

- Support the smooth rollout of ESH pilots to better serve PwDs and caregivers in the respective regions
- Continuously review and enhance the ESH service model to ensure optimal delivery of on-site services to PwDs and their families and caregivers
- Support the ESH operators in the execution of their functions
- Partner SGE Business Units and other stakeholders to address service gaps and to support ESH operations
- Oversee the progress of ESH pilot implementation with the ESH operators
- Execute any other strategies in support of ESH’s objectives

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Oversee the rollout of ESH pilots
- Engage, assess and appoint suitable service providers to run ESH pilots
- Monitor the programme rollout, conduct site visits to review pilot progress as well as to support ESH operators to iron out implementation challenges
- Conduct programme evaluation and monitor progress of key performance indicators and other related outcomes
- Monitor and report utilisation of ESH pilots
- Manage the funding contracts and disbursement of funds to the ESH operators
- Ensure that ESH pilots progress as per funding contract, and deliver the programmes as per service model
- Secretariat support and any other duties as assigned

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- A good degree and good track record, with minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in regulatory, governance or operations work
- Strong command of English; able to write, present and communicate well
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and is solution-oriented
- Team player and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills; able to engage others towards shared goals
- Meticulous, diligent and adaptable
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
