**An exciting opportunity with an established technology company seeking a Global HR director to oversee 2 key HR pillars, **HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, this role will have 2 direct reports and oversee a team of 7. **You will involve in the driving, defining, and delivery of HR expertise to the respective business groups, which spans globally over 19 geographic sites.**
**Responsibility**
- A large part of this role is to work alongside the CPO in strategizing the Workforce Plans and their diversification, Talent Management agenda, and the retention of talents across the organization.
- Implement end-to-end HR strategies to meet the People Priorities across business groups, and work these through HRBPs reporting to this role.
- Provide input into the Global HR strategy as an enabler of delivering HR interventions to meet the broader Business Strategy
- Develop effective working relationships with local and global customer groups to ensure HR initiatives are well aligned to business requirements
- Define, develop and establish Workforce Plans in collaboration with internal customer organizations as assigned
- Lead and deploy strategy for Talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategy, supported by the Talent Acquisition team
- Drive, lead and deliver to the Talent Management, Career Development, and Succession Planning agenda within the Business Groups as assigned
- Coach and support line managers to ensure effective management of their people
- Lead and/or support the delivery of HR projects to ensure the delivery of global, regional, and local HR and business priorities
- Source internal/external partners/vendors to deliver HR expertise eg. Talent acquisition partners
**Requirement**
- Degree in Business, preferably with specialization in human resource
- At least 10 years of experience in HR, with 5 years in HR Business Partnering
- Previous professional HR experience, preferably with regional exposure
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in delivering effective solutions to address people's issues
- Experience in managing HR teams or matrix teams
