**Responsibilities**:
This role will partner with Project Manager & Scrum Master and work closely with the program team globally. The team will be fairly large and requires someone who has strong experience in Health Science company as well as experience in External Identity and Access Management, Security and platforms. In addition, this team will be fully agile and participating in a High Performing Team model - organized in squads to deliver products.

The resource will need the necessary expertise to engage autonomously with professional, senior and potentially on occasion executive leadership resources throughout their tenure. They also need the basic abilities to self-organize, understand and run quickly in this space.
**Experience/Skills required**:

- Identity and Access Management (IAM) external IAM experience, background and knowledge required
- ASPAC location with some overlap with US ET
- Assess and build process documentation working with stakeholders to build optimized products and services

**Requirements**:

- Business/Process Analyst with Agile Certification (preferable) as well as _2-3 years of active project experience_ working with teams as an Agile B/PA
- Understands how to perform in an Agile team as Vision is shifting to High Performing Teams (HPT) model
- Knows how to accurately and easily write, refine, user stories, correctly write acceptance criteria in Jira
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA add-ons and Structure
Understands how to plan and organize work so meetings with project team and others are efficient with clear, concise objectives, gaining maximum information in as short a time as feasible (allowing for level of complexity of processes and requirements to be gained)
- Highly effective facilitator who asks the right probing questions in working with business partners
- Highly effective communicator who understands and will navigate levels up to Senior Director/VP effectively, efficiently
