Senior Business Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to assume key responsibilities within our organization. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, process optimization, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing, and implementing technology solutions.
  • Operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business processes in the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Design and implement information systems and enhancements to meet business process requirements.
  • Manage project deliverables in coordination with various team members.
  • Configure and test systems to verify features, integrations, and reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between business process owners, Functional Groups, and Regions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree with 5-6 years' experience.
  • Experience in ERP system (SAP/Oracle etc.).
  • Experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Comfortable with high-volume documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
