Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Business Process Analyst to lead discovery phases across divisions, identifying stakeholders, defining scope, business cases, risks, and solution options.

This role involves facilitating workshops, eliciting functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, observation, Joint Requirements Development, and prototyping.

The successful candidate will define and document comprehensive use cases, workflows, process maps, user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.

Collaboration with engineering product owners, UX, and delivery teams is essential to ensure clarity and accurate translation of requirements into design and implementation.

The position requires analysis of business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, proposing solutions that optimize operations or reduce costs.

Additionally, the successful candidate will manage stakeholder alignment, expectations, and effective communication across business units, technical teams, and leadership.

Support for UAT and change management activities is also required, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and are successfully adopted.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should have experience working with cross-functional teams and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
