Job Opportunity: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong functional and business analysis skills to bridge the gap between business/operations and IT.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working effectively as part of a team, demonstrating commitment and a positive attitude. You will also be required to coordinate communication among multiple teams across different cultures and countries.

A solid understanding of standard formats such as XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 & data transformations is essential. Additionally, experience in designing functional solutions for large web applications and micro services with high volume, low latency, and high-availability requirements is desirable.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent. A minimum of 10-15 years of total experience, with last 6-8 years as Business Systems Analyst is necessary. Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall SDLC mix project delivery environment with large number of stakeholders and users involved is also a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between business/operations and IT by applying strong functional and business analysis skills.
  • Provide good functional experience in Supply chain/Trade Finance/Electronic invoicing applications.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating commitment and a positive attitude.
  • Coordinate communication among multiple teams across different cultures and countries.
  • Independently analyze and solve problems.
  • Apply knowledge of standard formats such as XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 & data transformations.
  • Design functional solutions for large web applications and micro services with high volume, low latency, and high-availability requirements.
