Job Title: Senior Business Process Analyst

This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The successful candidate will have experience in driving automation and efficiency using Microsoft 365 tools, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Support IT needs of Regional Head Quarters by understanding and analyzing business requirements from Operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to propose solutions considering global, regional, and local business strategy and IT strategy
  • Support assigned local offices in their IT requirements
  • Evaluate the impact of technology solutions on business units and ensure compliance to governance processes
  • Assist business units in cost-benefit analyses for projects and help prioritize submissions to the investment committee
  • Monitor project progress and assist in adjusting investment budget allocations
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and planning process for assigned business units
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT or AML, KYC, sanctions compliance, and regulatory management
  • Experience in driving process automation using Microsoft 365 tools
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Inter-personal skill, confident, and service-oriented
  • Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Business analysis and system development experience
