Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Business Process Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in driving business process improvements and aligning them with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to enhance business processes and ensure they meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve process-related issues.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and business requirements.
  • Effectively communicate business requirements to technical teams and vice versa.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and plan deployments.
  • Evaluate IT solutions to ensure they meet business needs by working with vendors and solution managers.
  • Review and critique deliverables from vendors and internal teams.
  • Write and obtain acceptance on test plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage functional testing of systems before release to end-users.
  • Support user acceptance test planning and automated/manual testing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst in an insurance domain.
  • Experience in health insurance is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of database structures, data mining, and mapping/transformation.
  • Proven track record of successful project implementation.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
