
Sales Development Representatives

5-working days per week, 9am to 6pm.
- All races are welcome.
**Job Descriptions**:
May need to build own pool of database, place phone calls to potential clients;
Prepare and perform tele-script (with necessary adjustment from time-to-time) to ensure consistency of sales program;
Answer potential clients’ questions about company profile, credential and call objectives (through Telecall or maybe Virtual Meeting Application);
Capable to generate daily qualified calls and obtain 2-4 Leads on a weekly basic (with proven track record);
Set appointments with prospective customers based on planned schedules;
Maintain database, call list and leads in CRM systems (or MS Excel sheets);
May need to prepare and send quote;
May need to follow up on enquiries and closing the orders;
May responsible for order processing and other administrative task being assigned;
Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to Sales Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
Minimum GCE “N”, "O" level, Diploma and above;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Corporate Sales (lead generation preferred);
Minimum 3 years telemarketing experience (business-to-business only);
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies;
Excellent phone manner and articulation;
Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
Demonstrated experience in promoting and selling enterprise HRIS/HRMS (Payroll software/services, will be added advantage);
Results-driven and willing to work on remuneration package basis (Commission, Incentive and Quarterly Performance).
