- Assist the Head of Department in achieving the sales target.
- To provide backend administrative support for the commercial department mainly in compilation of tender documents for submission, invoicing and documentation control etc
- Supporting the tendering activities and to assist in the commercial enquiries channeled to the commercial department.
- Assist in collating market information relevant to the tendering activities.
- Responsible for the marketing collateral for the offshore division
- To be able to liaise and coordinate inter-departmental efforts within the division such as the operations, technical and financial function in order to complete the post charter administrative matters.
- Any other tasks as required by the Head of Department.

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
