**Responsibilities**:
May provide pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations. Establishes and maintains lines of communication with design engineering on issues such as considerations for product reliability.
Works with marketing and product managers to define new products and may provide insight from the field back to these groups. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:
- Support pre-sales and sales team to win/ retain customers by providing specialized advice in solutioning, sizing and customised solution/ SLA when required.
- Data Center capacity management of inventory (Space and power) with correlation to sales pipelines.
- Support all customer related data centre audits.
- Lead technical tours and presentations detailing NTT datacentres colocation and network interconnection services
- Interface between departments to obtain approval during the pre-sales phase in conformity with company policies and procedures
- Understand and keep up to date of the on-goings of the industry and suggest change or improvement when needed.

- Provide ongoing support and control relevant post-sales activities, theses may include all follow-up pre-sales activities
- Provide installation details to Finance, Operations and Servicedesk
- Serve as conduit for technical escalations
- Work with stakeholders on contractual terms and agreements.
- Analyze market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium and long-term planning.
- Vendor and partner management as and when required.
- Provide the product management team with information and ideas about new products and services, based on market knowledge and customer demand.
**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
**Additional Requirements**:
- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer engineering and/or relevant.
- Data Center certifications. Diploma holders with relevant/similar past experience are also welcomed.
- Technical background within data center infrastructure technologies and strong (Pre)Sales background within the telco sector
- Experience: 3 - 8 years’ experience in Data Center consultancy, Data Center sales, presales or relevant experience in a Data Center Service Provider environment.
