Job Description

The Regional Sales Enablement Lead will be responsible for driving and supporting sales performance in Southeast Asia, Korea, and Greater China Digital Experience and Digital Media Enterprise business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the Regional Enablement strategy to drive sales performance">
  • Identify gaps in skills and ensure sales teams have necessary tools, resources, and training">
  • Work directly with regional Field leadership to identify and prioritize enablement initiatives">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years leading regional or global enterprise sales enablement programs">
  • Background in sales, ideally within a SaaS environment">
  • Strong communicator with ability to tailor messaging to audience">
  • Data-driven approach to evaluate enablement effectiveness">
