**Sales Enablement** Manager**

Foundry is excited to be hiring an experienced Sales Enablement Manager located in
**Singapore**.

The primary focus of this role is to work with our global sales teams to activate and accelerate the revenue growth among B2B and B2C technology clients.

The Sales Enablement Manager, will report to Meghan Parisi located in the US, working alongside the existing global sales enablement teams.

The successful hire will be expected to:

- Support and help with the development of integrated program strategies and proposals.
- Partnering with sales management and sales, product management, program architecture marketing and other functional groups to develop and maintain materials, grow revenue and products.
- Develop sales representatives’ by, providing coaching, joining sales calls/meetings, conducting training sessions, developing outcome improvement resources.

Assist in the development and implementation of a training strategy, program, and curriculum to increase product and services revenue, productivity, and performance.

**Requirements**:
What we would like you to bring:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the development of integrated marketing programs for technology and consumer clients.
- 3-5 years’ experience of sales enablement or sales related support.
- Proven track record in driving sales revenue.
- Passion for working with and improving sales productivity, performance, and satisfaction.
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with sales teams.
- Ability to adjust techniques to accommodate various learning styles and work cross functionally.
- Must be a dynamic speaker with proven ability to get participants excited about the topics being presented.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create accurate documentation using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
