About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales leadership, managers, GTM teams and individual contributors to understand their needs for training and develop solutions in a timely fashion.- Design and implement structured enablement and training programs including processes, templates, and playbooks.- Manage the development of learning content, in partnership with Product and Marketing teams, to meet training needs and close competency gaps.- Collaborate on the development of new hire onboarding and continuous enablement of for APAC Sales organization.- Deliver Instructor-led Training as required and facilitate scheduled and ad hoc Enablement calls.- Manage an Enablement Learning Plan and calendar.- Assist with the administration and management of the Tricentis Learning Management Systems.- Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technology that may be leveraged to improve sales productivity.- Establish clear metrics to measure program effectiveness and guide improvements.- Lead quarterly regional onboarding and annual sales kickoff (SKO) sessions.

Qualifications- 5-8 years of experience in designing and developing enablement for both sales and presales audiences- Experience in delivering training courses- Experience with Showpad or similar enablement tools- Ability to design and work on multiple projects with rapid development deadlines- Excellent level of English and strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent organizational skills- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment- Strong intercultural competence- Ability to work independently as a trainer- Willingness to appear on camera and host live webinars- Experience with the Command of the Message selling methodology a plus
