DESIGNATION : Talent Management Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are inviting an experienced HR talent acquisition specialist to support us to source talent for the organsiation's growth. Talent is uniquely defined as full time / part time staff, trainees and interns, and volunteers. You will also be collaborating with internal business stakeholders to develop talent sourcing strategies and acquire staff, interns and volunteers. This is truly an opportunity for individuals who are motivated to expand their portfolio to manage all types of talent.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

This job is for you if you are:

- Passionate about supporting the non-profit sector and social enterprises
- Keen interest in sourcing the talent with right fit for the organisation
- Comfortable working both independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams
- People oriented and with excellent communication skills
- Able to strive well in an action-oriented and agile environment

Your job role will cover:

- **Talent Needs Identification**: Coordinate with business teams in identifying their talent needs and selection criteria
- **SubTalent Acquisition**: Source talents through various channels (e.g. online portal, through partners); coordinate interview and selection processes
- **Talent Onboarding and Engagement**: Partner with internal teams to facilitate onboarding and engagement experience for the new joiners
- **Employer Branding**: Lead employer branding initiatives and build strategic planners and pipelines

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or degree specialisation in HR management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in recruitment and talent management is preferred
- Experience and knowledge of volunteer management will be an advantage
- Value diversity and ability to recognize talent beyond their paper qualifications
- Have familiarity of the community and social service sector (landscape, key agencies, resources, and social agencies)
- Possess strong analytical thinking skills, project management skills, multi-stakeholder management skills, and communication skills
- People oriented, with a good eye for details in processing documentation
- Proficient in Excel and Word, and open to adopt technologies in making your work more efficient
