Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding talent to meet the company's workforce needs and drive organizational growth. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.

● Partner closely with hiring managers to align talent strategies with business needs.

● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top financial professionals.

● Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

● Min. Diploma / Degree in any discipline. Preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.

● A proactive, results-driven approach to talent acquisition.

● Great team spirit, persistent, good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Dedicated, committed and responsible individuals.

● Being passionate about meeting people is essential, you must enjoy meeting and interacting with diverse sorts of people as well as interested to foster closer relations with your clientele and candidates.

● Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
