Our client is a global provider of professional project and asset services in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

**About the role**:

- End-to-end recruitment for professional technical and corporate senior roles
- Provide TA Manager support with partnering with HR Managers and key stakeholders
- Imbed the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Taleo and other TA related systems
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key business stakeholders
- Collaborate and engage effectively with other TA Team Leads to promote workload sharing and learning
- Support in development of TA strategy and initiatives to address issues

**About you**:

- Degree qualification(s) in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Talent Acquisition specialist with extensive experience with strategic sourcing across both professional technical & corporate disciplines
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who excels at leading/coaching a remote, multi-cultural, international team.
- Exceptional ability to build enduring relationships and partner with senior business stakeholders and hiring managers
- Well-developed organisational skills, strong attention to detail together with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently and manage complex workloads across multiple business lines and locations
- Various Applicant Tracking System (we use Taleo) and MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) competency
