**Analyst, Global Benefits**

This role will be responsible for supporting our expat/inpat and high-end medical market growth in Asia Pacific. You will be expected to work closely with members of our Expat Centre of Excellence and our local country placement teams in supporting existing client administration and relationship management, new client on-boarding and retention across our large market, regional and global benefits segments.

**What the day will look like**
- ** Market and Solution Management**
- Ensure quality and consistency of client administration and relationship management
- Ensure quality and consistency of billing and invoicing processes
- Ensure quality and consistency of expat renewal process
- Assist with development of regional client engagement and product solutions
- Provide oversight and support to country broking teams around renewal process
- Support Expat CoE and country teams in responding to tenders and renewals as required
- ** Generating Profitable Revenue**
- Input and support around the execution of Regional and Local Market renewal strategy
- Supporting the Expat head of placement, Regional Global Benefits team, local Health Solutions leaders and sales teams in winning expat opportunities
- Supporting responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant country and regional expertise
- Supporting our regional cross-selling and up-selling activities in the Large Market, Regional and Global segments, including where appropriate the introduction of Commercial Risk Solutions, Reinsurance Solutions, Retirement Solutions, and Data & Analytic colleagues/services
- Following the Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect usage and compliance with marketing and branding standards
- ** Additional Responsibilities**
- Performing other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your manager and members of the Regional Leadership Team
- Contributing, as required, to Health Solutions APAC and Global Benefits APAC initiatives
- Engaging with all internal country and regional teams to bring the best of Aon to the client, and in particular by working closely with Global Benefits APAC and Health Solutions APAC teams
- Maintaining a continual professional development standard through Aon University and any other industry driven licensing (not relevant if not providing client advice) or educational requirements
- On-going adherence with the Aon Impact Model (AIM) behaviours

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Minimum two years relevant industry experience is preferred, e.g. regional and/or consulting experience
- Effective communication skills that can cover senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders
