**Responsibilities**:

- Work across all aspects of data from engineering to building sophisticated visualizations, machine learning models and experiments.
- Analyze and interpret large (PB-scale) volumes of transactional, operational and customer data using proprietary and open-source data tools, platforms and analytical tool kits.
- Translate complex findings into simple visualizations and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives.
- Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical.
- Certain knowledge of Mathematical Finance and Financial Markets, for example Algorithmic Trading, Derivative Pricing, Portfolio and Risk Management, Dynamic Programming, and Numerical Methods.
- Ability to integrate CRM platform with internal data visualization platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Explain technical results to non-technical audiences.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Mathematics/Statistics/Information System/Computer Science/Business Analytics/Data Science or relevant field.
- At least 6 years of work experience as a Quantitative Analyst or Data Analyst in a financial firm.
- Coding skills in Python, knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or other similar tools.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning methodologies, including Clustering techniques, Factor Modelling, Reinforcement Learning, and Advanced Statistics.
- Collaborative, team player, open minded, and easy to work with.
- Proficient presentation skills and high attention to detail.
- A strong eye for detail and precision
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including analytics, in order to aid conversion tracking and reporting will be preferred.
- Expertise and proven experience or knowledge in CRM software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo) will be a plus.
- Experience with Business Development is a plus to understand business needs and identify opportunities through data. Can provide predictive and preemptive data for business.
