- We’re looking for an Analyst to join our Global Benefits Management team in Singapore_

**What the day will look like**
- Assist the consultant and strategic account manager, and other colleague as assigned, for the APAC global/regional benefits clients to:

- Manage existing business collaboratively with global and local teams
- Manage renewal process and reporting
- Ensure compliance in all delivery
- Assist consultant in delivering benefit solutions to multinational clients. These typically include;
- Development of global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client's business objectives
- Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits)
- Provide benefits data analytics advisory
- Design and execution of health and wellness strategies
- Models client focus excellence
- Maintain required professional qualifications

**How this opportunity is different**

You will have the opportunity to support our Industry Practice Group by working closely with the practice leaders and our local country placement teams in supporting existing client management, new client wins and retention across our large market, regional and global benefits segments. You will also help to retain strong strategic partnerships with leading multinationals around global benefits management.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- At least two years relevant industry experience, e.g. regional and/or consulting experience
- Effective communication skills that can cover senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders
- Multi-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions cross-border project management
- Stakeholder and project management skills to support cross-border project
