**Senior Consutlant/ Consultant, Global Benefits**

**What the day will look like**
- Development of global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client's business objectives:

- Pursue opportunities to articulate Aon's Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the market
- Collaborate on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teams
- Contribute to leveraging Aon's capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutions
- Foster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well as colleagues in Human Capital Solutions and wider team
- Strategic account management for key Aon global benefit client relationships
- Models client focus excellence and responsible for mentoring and training junior consulting staff
- Maintain required professional qualification

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- At least five years relevant industry experience, e.g. regional and/or consulting experience
- Effective communication skills that can cover senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders
- Multi-country expertise of local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions cross-border project management
- Stakeholder and project management skills to support cross-border project
