**About the Department**:
Scan Hub is the nerve centre for digitisation and archiving of the Bank's business documents. This enables on-demand and simultaneous document image access for business decisioning and processing, regardless of geographical borders, thus helping our business units and operation centres to fulfil our customers' requests in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:
Scan Hub is a Nerve Centre for digitisation and archiving of the Bank's Customers' documents. You will be part of the management team of Scan Hub.

Your key responsibilities are: Lead a team of 10-12 operations staff with different abilities to digitise the Bank's business documents.
- Plan and manage daily operational activities to ensure optimal staffing levels so as to achieve a high level of efficiency and productivity, to meet service level agreements.
- Ensure the Bank’s policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to fulfill the compliance and business requirements.
- Be involved in the process improvement related projects or ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to use EXCEL to report and manage daily/monthly transaction volume
- Must possess a heart for working with people with disabilities in an inclusive environment
- Support inclusion and to focus on staffs' strengths and abilities to train staff on suitable tasks
- Must be patient, meticulous and logical in their work and capable of prioritizing tasks
- Self-driven and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably has at least 1 year experience leading a team of 8 to 10 staff
- Has experience using any of the Bank's systems, e.g. BWCIF & EWF
