**About the Department**:
Business Management - Corporate Administration is responsible for a wide range of activities supporting corporate and business unit needs. Activities include administrative support, ancillary support, business resilience and security, corporate real estate, and more. The Business Unit Management area is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of a front office or infrastructure or area.
**Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration Support**
- Provide administrative support for GWB Business Support and Business Management teams which include, but not limited to, staff onboarding / offboarding administrative activities, procurement activities, and other office support activities
- Coordinate with support and operations functions to resolve administrative / operational issues
- Provide support in management reports preparation and/or collation of information
- Support people engagement activities and internal events
- Support any business initiatives / projects assigned
**Executive Assistant Coverage**
- Provide coverage support to Executive Assistant of GWB senior management, including scheduling, calendaring, traveling arrangement, etc.
- Provide support in meeting material preparation and/or taking meeting minutes, follow up on action items
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma with relevant disciplines
- 2 - 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably with some exposure as executive assistant or junior project administrator
- Strong in MS Words, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with curious mindset
- Able and willing to adapt in a dynamic environment
