**Responsibilities**:

- Design, Build. Implement and Maintain production grade AIML projects/apps to support the Data Scientist's work and allows for business users to intuitively interact with the prediction output.
- Design, Build, Implement and maintain automation workflows, dashboards, scripts using tools and programming languages such as UiPath, QlikSense, Python and Power Apps..
- Work closely with business users, data scientists and the technology team to develop scalable analytics and automation solutions with tangible business benefits
- Ensures the collection of large data sets, data set transformation and engineering are supplied and made for optimized data delivery to downstream users and other team members (Data Scientists, Data Gov and business users)
- Actively involved in requirements and project discussions and work to align standards in the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects. This includes activities such as data scoping, code review, refactoring and building interfaces for business users to interact with the machine learning models built.
- Ensure analytics and automation solutions compiles with the internal modelling framework and MAS Fairness, Ethical, Accountability and Transparency (FEAT) and UOB Group's EUC Guidelines.
- As a member of the CoE, to provide technical expertise to business teams locally and across regional offices that gears towards building a sustainable data science community. This includes sharing of best practices, techniques and use of tools, environment.
- Contributes to the team in refining standards and processes to ensure objectives are met and having the proper governance across all initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate and manage external vendor providers for projects.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics Data Science or related discipline with at least 2 years total experience in building analytics, automation or dashboarding solutions for positive business impact.
- Proven ability to understand business challenges and create effective analytics and automation driven solutions to address the business needs.
- Able to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a concise manner to both technical and non-technical audience.
- Skilled in Python, UiPath, QlikSense Streamlit, R and SQL.
- Experience and willing to be trained in using cloud based data analytics platforms such as AWS using tools like Sagemaker, EKS, Glue or similar.
- Experience in working with datasets using tools like Talend, Informatica.
- Fast learner and resourceful, enjoy analytical work with attention to details and proactive in providing solutions.
- Excellent team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within an organization, fostering collaboration internally/externally with vendors and staff.
