Singapore Epworth Community Services Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Work together with a team of staff in Community Relations Department to:

- Develop and implement strategies in volunteer attraction and management
- Recruit, engage and foster strong relationships with volunteers
- Administer volunteer management systems and processes; including post-programme survey, evaluation and review for improvements of volunteer driven programmes and services
- Co-ordinate, develop and support the implementation of relevant programmes to enhance volunteer capabilities, improve volunteer engagement and volunteer retention
- Work closely with all departments to match and co-ordinate volunteer needs and contributions
- Handle communications with volunteers and internal departments on various platforms, including website and social media, to optimise content and reach
- Be involved in the department’s outreach events and fundraising initiatives e.g. corporate CSR events, fundraising campaigns, gala event
- Be involved in projects as directed by Assistant Manager (Community Relations) and/or the Executive Director

**Requirements**:

- Some experience in events or volunteer management work will be an advantage
- Able to multi-task, managing multiple programmes, projects and stakeholders at the same time
- Attention to detail and accuracy, adaptable and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels including individuals, groups, schools, and corporates
- Self-starter, able to work on Saturdays when necessary
- Able to work independently and be a team player
- Good writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge/ Interest in the Social Service industry is a bonus

**Other Information**:

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing
- Proficient with Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
