Singapore Epworth Community Services Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Work together with a team of staff in Community Relations Department to:

- Strategize, create and design content for internal and external communications materials including social media messaging, website, fundraising campaigns, newsletters and collaterals
- Write, edit and proofread contents for internal and external publications
- Collaborate with all departments on managing editorial support for corporate communication, collaterals and materials in English
- Update, maintain and build organisation’s online presence including (but not limited to) website, FB, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Support organisation’s goals in the areas of creative projects (e.g. media productions)
- Support and implement plans to strengthen the charity’s branding and marketing for the general public, corporates, volunteers and our beneficiaries.
- Support the publication of the Annual Report
- Be involved in the department’s outreach events and fundraising initiatives e.g., corporate CSR events, fundraising campaigns, gala event
- Be involved in projects as directed by Assistant Manager (Community Relations) and/or the Executive Director

**Requirements**:

- Work experience in a relevant field will be advantageous
- Possess a good command of written and spoken English
- Savvy with social media and digital platforms
- Proficient in digital technology such as tablets, computers, digital cameras
- A team player who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, creative, adaptable and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Good organisation and project management skills
- Self-Motivated, proactive and adaptable work attitude
- Experience in content creation and design is preferred
- Good knowledge/ Interest in the Social Service industry is a bonus

**Other Information**:

- Bachelor/Diploma in Mass Communication or New Media
- Skilled in digital software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) is preferred
- Experience in social media analytics is a bonus
