**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Purpose of role**

This role sits within IECL’s Operation Team, who are primarily based in Sydney, Australia. The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional project and administrative support for IECL’s accredited coach training programs (ACTP) across the APAC region.
You will work closely with our ACTP PMs to support the smooth running of programs from start to finish. You are a doer who loves detail and keeping tasks on track.
This is a busy role with a variety of tasks that will require great prioritising skills.
Aside from interacting with the IECL team internally, this role will also have regular contact with our Associates, prospective customers, and enrolled program participants.
**Primary responsibilities**
- Undertake high quality administrative support for the Operations team
- Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate IECL team member
- Create and issue certificates for IECL Alumni
- Provide support with program registrations (which may include raising invoices and processing credit card payments)
- Build and manage online classrooms, Higher Logic LMS
- Act as “help desk”, helping students troubleshoot on technological issues (escalate as needed)
- Creation of Zoom links and facilitator calendar invites
- Monitor and maintain the stock of course materials
- Send course materials to participants in Asia / Gulf region
- Create ad hoc reports
**Secondary responsibilities**
- Other miscellaneous assistance to the Operations team as and when required
- Participate in ad hoc internal projects as required
- Ongoing review of processes and process improvement
**Essential**
- Ability to effectively operate with a high workload with tight deadlines, time-pressures, and changing priorities
- Effectively and efficiently manage highly detailed work with 100% accuracy
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to work unsupervised and remotely
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Intermediate to advanced Google G Suite skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems
**Desirable**
- Knowledge of Cvent
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Ability to speak and write in other languages e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, Hindi
- An appreciation of multiple cultures
**Essential**
- Completion of relevant qualification in a relevant study area e.g. Human Resources, Learning & Development, Administration, Business
- At least 1 years’ experience undertaking similar tasks and responsibilities
**Desirable**
- Experience in the coaching industry or learning and development
- Experience supporting a team
