**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Production Executive (SOM/Fragrance Sample/HACCP/GMP)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and train the Sample Production team to receive sample requests, plan and execute the sample production plan to achieve daily production target, on-time-delivery (OTD), and quality goals in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Total Productive Management (TPM), LEAN manufacturing, Sustainability, and ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 requirement
- Manage and control the oil inventory in the fragrance sample compactor, including movement of oil samples in and out of the compactor, updating oil inventory daily, arranging the oil in compactor and disposing expired oils on a monthly basis
- Prepare a monthly report on oil inventory in the sample compactors to the Fragrance Library Manager
- Coordinate the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance Sample compactor
- Be the key contact person for sample request
- Be part of the production team to manage production using the automated dosing machines
- Lead projects as assigned, and provide support as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Production Management or Inventory Management
- Min 3 years of relevant experience preferably in chemical manufacturing, Flavor & Fragrance or Pharmaceutical industry
- Possess knowledge in GMP, TPM, LEAN, Sustainability, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, HACCP.
- Proficient in production systems (SRMS/SAP) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Good leadership and inter-personal skills
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, to interact with requesters for oil samples frequently and to lead a small team to manage the oil inventory
