**About the job**

Managing a team of sales professionals, the APAC Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of the Yojee’s SME strategy and sales targets. Promoting SaaS methodologies that consider agility, excellence, growth and enjoyment in delivering what we do, paired with deep Logistics domain knowledge, the role focuses on delighting the most amount of customers (meaningful growth) with the least amount of additional effort (product fit).

**What you will be doing**
- Delivering on the SME strategy to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Building and managing a high performing team of sales executives, to deliver significant growth in the given territories
- Driving SaaS best practice in sales and sales management.
- Act as the ‘brand ambassador’ within the market and build a high quality network of contacts and partners, to nurture and grow the Yojee ecosystem
- Acquire and engage the right kinds of companies to use Yojee’s products and help users and merchants derive maximum value from it.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, result tracking and troubleshooting.
- Identifying and prospecting to new customers and recognising opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted product-market fit areas.
- Regularly communicating progress and strategies/tactics that will be deployed to reach revenue targets.
- Provide continuous feedback to the broader team about product positioning, feature requests, and competitive landscape within the logistics industry.
- Be a key voice in sales planning, prioritisation setting and process optimisation.
- May be required to perform other related duties as required.

**Desired Skills & Experience - About You**
- Demonstrated experience in direct sales preferred. Relevant experience in B2B/SaaS sales essential.
- Previous experience in managing high performing sales teams, working in a product based environment would be preferred.
- Promote diverse and inclusive teams as our employees are located across the globe.
- Strong domain knowledge and understanding of the sales ecosystem as well as the Logistics industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels, leading by example.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Superior positive customer management expertise and creative problem-solver.
- Desire to be part of a fast-paced startup with an appetite for success and the self-motivation required for working in small teams.
- Analytical and data oriented; ROI focused approach to growth, customer acquisition and marketing.
- Fearlessness - willing to jump on the phone and get out to meet with new people every single day and explain Yojee’s value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with
- Has experience using CRMs e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce
