As a LivePerson **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** you will play an integral role in the success of the sales team for the Singapore/South East Asia region. You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound leads to create sales accepted leads that can turn into sales qualified opportunities.

You will research accounts, identify key targets, generate interest and help drive discovery calls to stimulate opportunities. You will also work closely with the sales team to drive leads to opportunities and qualify and nurture new relationships within target accounts. You will strive to consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to meet territory revenue objectives.

**What are the responsibilities of this role**:

- Perform outbound ANZ/SEA sales prospecting activities directed at target accounts or verticals, to generate and develop leads and pipeline.
- Use social media and other tools to capture prospect profiles that will support meaningful conversations.
- Collect and/or update information in Salesforce.
- Take action on certain phone, web and other inquiries within a defined time frame.
- Deliver business impact/ROI based messaging to prospects and customers.
- Qualify, develop, nurture, rank and hand off lead as appropriate.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues and territory owners to build lead/sales pipeline.
- Participate in call campaigns to populate events (i.e. Executive event).
- Perform post event follow up as appropriate.
- Produce lead activity and pipeline reports as required.
- Prepare and distribute customer feedback to sales and marketing colleagues.
- Continuously learn about LP successes and business ecosystem in order to share with prospects and customers.
- Generate and pre-qualify ongoing leads for the sales team.

**Who you are and what makes you qualified**:

- 2 years in sales development / lead qualification, in a B2B environment.
- Experience successfully calling into executive level (CEO, CMO VP Marketing etc) personas
- Demonstrated track record at maintaining a consistent activity/conversation/chat volume and achieving measurable goals, quota and quantifiable results.
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and a high degree of organization are a must.
- Experience using SalesForce, Outreach, SalesNavigator, & other tech stack tools eg. TechTarget Priority Engine
- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
- A passion for technology/SaaS
