We were an early entrant among institutional investors in real estate including traditional private real estate (brick-and-mortar assets), public equities, real estate investment trusts, and real estate-related debt instruments.

**What impact can you make in this role?**

You will be part of a team that ranks among the top global real estate investment firms, and handles a multi-billion-dollar Real Estate portfolio globally.

You will drive and implement debt financing strategy globally, including arranging, and managing of financing, to drive alpha for the portfolio.

**What will you do as an Associate/AVP?**
- Assist with the evaluation of optimal financing structures for projects and in the negotiation of financing term sheets and credit agreements with Lenders and external counsel
- Monitoring loan covenants and contribute to the leverage review on loans taken for the portfolio
- Coordinate the internal financing approval process with other internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing internal and external presentations
- Coordinate transaction execution workstreams, internal and External reporting

**What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- A good university degree preferably in the area of finance, accounting or banking
- 2-7 years' relevant experience, preferably in real estate debt financing or debt capital markets
- Experience in China, Korea, Japan, India and/or Australia Real Estate markets would be an advantage
- Good understanding of financial structures and ability to communicate complex, abstract and/or difficult messages in simple, clear manner
- Strong financial modelling skills and meticulous with details and accurate with numbers
- Good ability to collaborate with managers in designing effective presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, with a proficiency in using Bloomberg being a desirable skill as well
- Possess an analytical mind and is a committed team player
- Is results oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment
- As the team works on Real Estate financing deals in Asia, including China, Korea and Japan, business level fluency in Mandarin, Korean and/or Japanese would be an added advantage for this role
