**What the day will look like**

Consulting and Portfolio Management
- Lead and manage the consulting team to deliver high-quality, client-focused consulting services. This will include flexible benefits, benefits harmonization, benefits re-design, inception of clients with Online Benefits plan design, execution of design on TBS and rollout of communication strategy.
- Develop and implement consulting strategies to help clients align their benefits philosophy and strategies to the required benefits design.
- Champion all client-related initiatives including but not limited to DAU, Client Promise, TBS Explorer, Aon Pulse, Aon Care and Aon Workcomp
- Collaborate with clients to assess their risk exposure, identify potential gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that our consulting services are in line with industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to enhance Aon’s reputation and generate business opportunities.

New Business Development and Consulting
- Work with business development team in leading Flex discussions with prospects
- Lead the full spectrum of new business launches from feasibility study and consulting work to design and eventual overall accountability for launch

Staff Development
- Provide training and mentorship to the client-facing members of Health Solutions to help them develop their consulting skills and expertise in the Employee Benefits industry.
- Provide leadership to the consulting team, inclusive of determining staffing requirement and set goals and objectives to ensure clear roles and responsibilities are cascaded down to each team
- Identify and address staff training and coaching needs to ensure quality customer service delivery and effective staff
- Monitor staff performance including conducting regular performance reviews and career progress planning for key team

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Highly experience consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry, working with multinational clients across sectors
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI. CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS
- Client management experience, strategic, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills required
- Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders internally and externally
- Self-disciplined and organised
