**What the day will look like**
**a) **Portfolio Management**:
- Responsible for renewal/inception of clients with Online Benefits plan design, including the review of the insured (Health & non-Health) and non-insured benefits, execution of design on TBS (online platform) and rollout of communication strategy
- Champion all client-related initiatives including but not limited to Client Promise, TBS Explorer, Aon Pulse, Aon Care and Aon Workcomp
- Champion Aon United
- Maintain professional relationship with internal stakeholders including local market colleagues, regional and global teams
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key external vendors including insurers and specialty providers (e.g. Fullerton Healthcare Group for Aon Care)
- Act as escalation point for all clients
- Collaborate with local and regional implementation team to ensure strong support is rendered for both renewal/new business portal setup (including documentation of plan design), testing and signoffs
***b) **New Business Development and Consulting**
- Work with business development team in leading Flex discussions with prospects
- Lead the full spectrum of new business launches from feasibility study and consulting work to design and eventual overall accountability for launch
**c) **Staff Development**
- Provide leadership to a team of client facing executives, inclusive of determining staffing requirement and set goals and objectives to ensure clear roles and responsibilities are cascaded down to each team member
- Identify and address staff training and coaching needs to ensure quality customer service delivery and effective staff development
- Monitor staff performance including conducting regular performance reviews and career progress planning for key team members
and any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience as a consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry, working with multinational clients across sectors
- Minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI. CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS
- Client management experience, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills required
- Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders internally and externally
- Self-disciplined and organised
- Inter-personal skill and focus on service excellence
