The GRAPHISOFT BIM Consultant - Singapore shall be technically competent and commercially aware, understand the needs of our customers who aim to use and adopt Building Information Modelling (BIM) to provide them with greater technical and commercial advantage within the highly competitive AEC industry. The BIM Consultant - Singapore is client facing and will work closely with a diverse range of customers to demonstrate, consult, recommend and support the adoption and implementation of GRAPHISOFT BIM software and technology solutions, resulting in design, construction and facility management efficiency improvements for our customers.
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Possess and continuously develop a deep and detailed understanding and knowledge of the software products, BIM ecosystem, solutions and associated workflows, developed and regularly updated by GRAPHISOFT;
- In close cooperation with the Customer and Product Success Manager and/or other relevant members of the Team analyse the specific customer needs and requirements, then mutually develop appropriate value propositions and customer development plans;
- Organise, coordinate and execute the pre-sales and post-sales technical support, training and BIM implementation consultancy activities of GRAPHISOFT in Singapore;
- Devise, create and update pre-sales and post-sales technical support presentations and demos; implementation, know-how development and training materials;
- Execute product launches according to the product launch plans;
- Conduct detailed analysis of the local AEC industry and professional practices, in particular those related to BIM; summarise the findings in relevant reports and make recommendations in respect of the necessary actions required for the improvement of the GRAPHISOFT business;
- Devise BIM implementation workflows and plans in consideration of the BIM processes and know-how that are to be tailored to the needs and requirements of the local industry and professional practices, key accounts and partners;
- Assist customers in driving their projects according to the agreed BIM implementation plans;
- Keep contact with, manage, train and develop GRAPHISOFT business partners and key accounts in respect of GRAPHISOFT product and solutions related matters/issues;
- Pro-actively cooperate and collaborate with GRAPHISOFT’s global Customer Success Teams for gathering and sharing knowledge, best practices, case studies, training and support materials, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationship with software vendor partners, providing strategic collaborative products, solutions and workflows locally, to support the strategic objectives and goals of GRAPHISOFT;
- Advise and contribute to the design and development of the sales and marketing related positioning and communication of the GRAPHISOFT products and solutions, including the issues related to interoperability with other BIM software products and solutions;
- Assist developing, maintaining & managing local and regional (as and when required) government and professional associations relations, including BCA, BCA Academy, URA, LTA, HDB, SIA, SCAL, SILA, NUS, NTU, SP, etc.;
- Create relevant documentation and reports.
- Collect when possible - high quality organizational ARCHICAD BIM related change and project implementation case studies from relevant customers that can be used as references.
- Develop and maintain solutions including add-ons as per customer’s requirement using C++, C#, Python, Grasshopper, etc for both GRAPHISOFT and non-GRAPHISOFT solution.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Architecture/Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of BIM implementation experience
- Experience developing BIM workflows in mid/large architectural practice, general and trade contractors, Authorities and other relevant AEC companies (design and construction)
- High level command of AEC project delivery, advanced BIM and BIM implementation (both project and organisational level)
- Knowledge of GRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD and other relevant BIM software is required
- Knowledge of other BIM authoring tools will have an advantage
- High command of English language

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
