**This will be a 6-months contract position based in Toa Payoh
**Scope of Work**
- Receiving of equipment into warehouse.
- Verify and inventorize decommissioned equipment.
- Specify outcome/solutions to equipment.
- Recharge any damage equipment to the customer.
- Disposal of equipment.
- Manage Fault Reports.
- Documentating and writing of procedures and repair processes.
- Generate Weekly, monthly and yearly RMA report and data.

**Requirement**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain or similar.
- 3 years of experience on repair management of faulty equipment.
- Working understanding of Supply Chain operations including Purchasing, Warehousing, Logistics & Returns.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Able to produce Structured Reporting
- Able to multitask, work independently and be a team player.

**Advantageous**
- Knowledge of SAP ERP system
- Knowledge of Pulse system
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point
- Knowledge of LEAN mentality
