As Account Director for FSI Strategic Accounts, you will be joining a team of high performing and experienced sales people working at growing OpenText business across South East Asia. You will be responsible to set your territory strategy in one of the most visible and strategic territories in the wider region collaborating regularly with OpenText senior management. You will need to Identify the most effective channels to go to market and take accountability over the end to end sales cycle.
You will be leading sales operations on a selected list of largest regional Banking and Insurance clients with full responsibility on the long-term strategy, revenue generation and client satisfaction. Cross team collaboration will be at the centre of your daily activity and the true enabler of your success. This role is based in Singapore.
**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**:
- This role requires a very entrepreneurial approach based on identifying your territory specific needs and refining OpenText value proposition to address them.
- You will be coordinating sales operations with the alliances, marketing and account development teams to generate your pipeline of opportunities.
- You will be the person in charge for all key communications to C-Levels and have complete responsibility on overall Customer roadmap and key executive escalations.
- In the pursuit of excellence, you will be regularly assessing with your peers and leadership team how to improve your approach to market and strategy on your deals.
- You will have to line up all teams contributing to a successful sale and projects go live, including Solution Consulting, Business Value Consulting and Professional Services.
