- Full fluency in English and Korean

As a member of APJ Enterprise team, you will incubate and implement strategic programs that have significant impact for our largest Enterprise customers. We obsess about our customers and make world class customer engagements our priority, with this role specifically focusing on executive coverage and business impact. In this role, you will focus on deploying and executing customer focused initiatives across our top APJ Enterprise customers. You will partner across sales, strategy, marketing and stakeholder teams to understand customer priorities, and requirements and provide execution muscle to account teams to enable their customers to take advantage of strategic customer programs. You will work closely with account executives and business leaders from across AWS to regularly review key customer engagement programs, identify gaps in offerings and recommend solutions.

EXPERTISE & ENGAGEMENT
- Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, marketing, world-wide programs to seek to understand our customer’s needs, their business, how success is defined
SOLUTIONS
- Actively looks for ways to connect strategic customers to the right programs for their cloud journey
- Seeks to solve customer business problems with existing programs and innovates to build new initiatives where there are no existing ones
DELIVERY
- Plays an active role in individual customer engagements for specific customer programs - driving teams to achieve customers’ business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, and action items.
- Takes proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Works effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
COMMUNICATION
- Interfaces with customer and internal AWS stakeholders which consists of senior leadership teams
- Understands the operating styles of others as well as team/client relationships, team dynamics, and adjusts behaviour accordingly to succeed. Recognises environmental or cultural nuances and adapts.
TEAMING
- Team player who effectively builds relationships with cross-functional team members, sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organisations
- Proven experience working in a global and/or matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Has at least one active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
- Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient: work with little oversight delivering high-quality results and driving own agenda
- Effective problem-solving and mediation skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
- Understanding of cloud concepts in general and/or specific technologies, platforms and solutions
- Managed engagements using both Waterfall and Agile/Iterative methodologies.
