About the Role- Define and implement Go-To-Market strategies for key customers across industries.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute plans to drive sustainable growth in the cohort of largest accounts.
- Provide thought leadership and enable execution at the edge through capability building and resource allocation.
- Identify and escalate program asks across areas to AWSI, ISVs, and GSO.
- Build repeatable mechanisms to accelerate customer and business outcomes.
- Set strategic direction for GTM efforts in partnership with field sales teams.
- Design high-impact sales plays and campaigns positioning AWS services and solutions.
- Enable execution at the edge through capability building and resource allocation.
- Identify and escalate cohort-based program asks across areas.
- Build repeatable mechanisms to accelerate customer and business outcomes.
- At least fifteen years of work experience in direct sales, sales management, and working with large enterprise customers.
- Experience leading teams conceptualizing, designing, and executing GTM efforts for industry and data/AI-based transformation plays.
- Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
- Proven experience structuring and closing large-scale, multi-year enterprise deals.
- Knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies and cloud computing.
- Experience in multiple APJ countries.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and earn trust across levels and create impact through indirect teams.
