Lead Enterprise Customer Growth

We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive customer growth in the APJ region.

About the Role
  • Define and implement Go-To-Market strategies for key customers across industries.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive sustainable growth in the cohort of largest accounts.
  • Provide thought leadership and enable execution at the edge through capability building and resource allocation.
  • Identify and escalate program asks across areas to AWSI, ISVs, and GSO.
  • Build repeatable mechanisms to accelerate customer and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set strategic direction for GTM efforts in partnership with field sales teams.
  • Design high-impact sales plays and campaigns positioning AWS services and solutions.
  • Enable execution at the edge through capability building and resource allocation.
  • Identify and escalate cohort-based program asks across areas.
  • Build repeatable mechanisms to accelerate customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least fifteen years of work experience in direct sales, sales management, and working with large enterprise customers.
  • Experience leading teams conceptualizing, designing, and executing GTM efforts for industry and data/AI-based transformation plays.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience structuring and closing large-scale, multi-year enterprise deals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies and cloud computing.
  • Experience in multiple APJ countries.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and earn trust across levels and create impact through indirect teams.

Basic Qualifications
  • 15+ years of work experience in direct sales, sales management, and working with large enterprise customers.
  • Leadership experience conceptualizing, designing, and executing GTM efforts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Mastery of collaboration and stakeholder management.
