Roles & Responsibilities
**II. KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP**

Reporting to : COO

Directly Supervise : N/A

Salary : SGD 2500-SGD 3000

**III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**COURSE CONSULTANT**
- Handles inquiries via live chat, social media and other platforms design to receive communication from client and communicate the same to appropriate department
- Function as course consultant - serves as frontline in communicating available programs/courses for students. Regularly communicate with Marketing and Academics on available offering and promotional campaigns
- Open Ticket to organize and administer student records, ensure that records are updated with attendance, finances, etc. Keep student information confidential and secure.
- Arrange trial class schedule with academics department
- Oversee the student admissions
- Perform clerical tasks, and other adhoc task.
**CUSTOMER SUPPORT/FRONT DESK OFFICER**
- Assist the education / academic department relative to departmental activities, coordination works and program implementation
- Assist in the preparation, routing, distribution of documents across all sites
- Assist CS/Sales/Marketing Department in the implementation of promotional campaigns and activities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Handles walk in customers in the center
**IV. QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have at least 6 months or years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Well versed in English and Mandarin
- A proven team player who can work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Energetic, flexible and enjoys classroom activities.
- With pleasing personality and willing to undergo training
