**Technical Support (After-sales Service)**

We are looking for a talent who has good technical skill & knowledge in fishing tackle to support our after sales services to customers (ie: warranty support & provide trainings). This role is under Sales & Marketing Department (Fishing).

**Job scope**:

- To maintain Warranty system & parts aftersales support to customers
- Process the repair claims & ensure turnaround time to be within set timeline
- Process parts orders for customers & ensure deliveries at promised dates
- Provide periodic Training to regional customers on product repairs
- Update customers on new schematics, pricing as & when needed
- Liaise with factories on any parts order or special repairs
- Maintain adequate essential parts inventory at all times
- Monthly reporting on Warranty processing result & any product NC

**Job Requirement**:

- ITE / Diploma in Technical or related fields
- Experience in related filed is added advantage
- Knowledge in Fishing Tackle Business is Plus point
- Good understanding of Basic Mechanics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication skills & good team player
- Class 3 licence will be added advantage
- Able to support events during non working hours when required
- Able to travel overseas when required

**Others**:

- Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
- Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Uniform & Lunch provided
- Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
