**Business Development Support**:
- Source and pursue new business opportunities in the Service and Manufacturing setors.
- Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market research on potential clients and competitors.
- To coordinate with clients on their staffing requirements.
- Maintain compliance with Singapore employment regulations and agency standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of recruitment and business development activities.
**Executive Support**:
- Acts as a Personal Assistant to Executive Director by preparing meeting notes, managing follow-ups, and liaising with clients.
- Facilitate internal meetings, company events, and agency initiatives.
- To handle confidential matters with discretion.
**Requirements**:
- Keen interest in driving business growth within the HR sector.
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.
**Working hours**:
9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
