We are a leading financial services company seeking talented and driven individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors and Agency Development Managers.

As a Financial Advisors, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the financial services industry.

As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of financial advisors and driving business growth through effective leadership and business development strategies.

**Responsibilities:
**Financial Advisor:

- **
- Participate in a comprehensive training program that covers financial planning, investment products, and sales strategies
- Conducting client meetings and developing customized financial plans
- Build a solid understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Financial Service Manager:

- **
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and meet business targets
- Provide coaching and guidance to financial advisors to improve performance and achieve business objectives Foster a positive team culture and motivate team members to achieve their goals

**Requirements:
Financial Advisor:

- Higher Degrees in finance, business, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial services and a desire to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Financial Service Manager:

- Higher Degrees in finance, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
