**Role Description**:
As an e-commerce executive, s/he will be assigned to manage our marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Qoo10) sales channel. This individual should have passion in e-commerce industry and should be a highly motivated team player who is willing to learn. S/He should possess good problem solving skills as well as positive working attitude towards both customers and the team.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Manage marketplace accounts
- Updating content and images of listings
- Work closely with account managers to plan for successful campaigns
- Replying to inquiries from customers and to facilitate customer return orders
- Assist in daily operations to fulfill incoming orders
- Periodical stock taking to ensure inventory is up to date
- Attend to walk-in purchase/exchange customers
